NTX PGR Mission: | LCpl Kevin J. Melendez, USMC | DFW Airport Honor Escort | 17Mar26 (4K)
Tribute Video in Honor Of: LCPL Kevin J. Melendez – US Marine Corps
What an absolute honor it was to stand with my North Texas Patriot Guard Riders family as we escorted LCPL Kevin Joshua Melendez, United States Marine Corps, home.
On March 17, 2026, the NTX PGR assisted with receiving Kevin at DFW Airport and escorted him to the funeral home with the dignity, respect, and honor he so rightfully earned. At just 20 years old, Kevin answered the call to serve his country—demonstrating courage, commitment, and sacrifice beyond his years.
This tribute captures a small glimpse of that solemn mission. The quiet moments on the tarmac. The precision of the Honor Guard. The procession that reminds us all of the cost of freedom.
For those of us who ride, it is more than just an escort—it is a promise. A promise that no hero returns home alone. That their families will see a community standing beside them. That their service will never be forgotten.
Kevin, you are honored. You are remembered. You are never alone.
Semper Fidelis.
