Stassi Schroeder claims marriage drama forced difficult conversations
Stassi Schroeder revealed what comes before everything in her marriage.
The podcast host and her husband, Beau Clark, went through a challenging phase over their family responsibilities and marriage, but now, speaking with People Magazine, Stassi has revealed that they have grown stronger together.
“It oddly made him more protective of me because he’s just like, ‘Oh, I didn’t mean for this to blow up the way that it did,’” she said.
Stassi went on to say, “And it forced us to really talk about so many things that we hadn’t talked about that it feels like…it’s not like us against the world, but we have something major to protect and we always need to make sure to protect that thing over anything else.”
“And I mean, of course you’re still going to see us disagree on camera, but our family comes first, that sort of thing,” she added.
“So it ended up working out, as traumatizing as it was,” the reality TV star added further.
As per the tension between the two, it unfolded in the first season of their reality show, House of Stassi, when Stassi said in the episode, “Beau, I hear you want to go back to work. Come on. You don’t need to.”
“No, I want to go back to work,” her husband responded.
Meanwhile stassi said, “It complicates things,” adding, “If you’re going to work every day, I have to say no to a lot of jobs that actually pay a lot.”
It is pertinent to mention here that Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark tied the knot on May 12, 2022, after dating for almost three years; notably, the couple shares two children together, daughter Hartford and son Messer.
