I like the concept of growing all veggies and herbs w/ the hotel… But, all other food you have to buy, try getting them only from small individual or farming families… not from some major corporation… It's something hotels should be doing all over…
Try not to review hotels etc by telling them… yes, they're running a 5-star hotel, but, they'll become instantly careful… only say that after your stay… they're not wrong… anyone would become careful if it brought to our attention that someone's watching them… the review gets tainted… They already know you're going to write about them… Not all 5-Star hotels offer good, fast, reliable service… 😛
